Four Ways to Make a Real Difference.
Help Equip Our Next 14 Youth Leaders.
We're preparing our first core group of youth leaders — 14 young people who'll go on to guide the next wave of unemployed youth through our program. To get them there, each needs the right tools: a compact PC and dual monitors, letting them build real, in-demand multitasking and admin skills. We're raising R150,000 through BackaBuddy to make this happen.

For too long, youth in South Africa have been overlooked, underprepared, and excluded from meaningful development. NXTgen Foundation exists to challenge that — by equipping young people with skills, leadership, and access to opportunity, and by rebuilding the communities we come from for those who will follow.
